Death in Paradise

Death in Paradise

On Sunday, July 7 at 10:30 p.m. COSMO will premiere Death in Paradise season 13 with an astonishing milestone: the beloved crime series celebrates its 100th episode.

In this episode, the first of the season, Selwyn Patterson (Don Warrington) is celebrating 50 years of police service on the idyllic island of Saint Marie. The party goes awry when a shooting leaves the police commissioner wounded. Who could be the one to pull the trigger, if all those invited to the party were his friends? Selwyn must find out who is this worrying enemy prepared to kill him on one of the happiest days of his life.

In the latest episodes of Death in Paradise, Detective Inspector Neville Parker (Ralf Little) continues to investigate some of the most shocking murders in this Caribbean paradise as he tries to regain his self-confidence. After the severe blow he suffered last season, the detective wonders if he will ever be able to fall in love again. The return of a very familiar face to the island will help him change course, making way for a new protagonist.

Throughout the thirteenth season of Death in Paradise, Neville and his team will tackle amurder that occurred during a bingo game at a retirement home, the death of a chef poisoned at the grand opening of a hotel, a crime related to the world of cryptocurrencies and the stabbing of a tourist on his way down a hotel elevator.

Death in Paradise chronicles the day-to-day life of a team of detectives on the sunny island of Saint Marie, a spectacular Caribbean enclave that in the last decade has witnessed a hundred crimes. The BBC show continues to smash the ratings charts with its successful combination of light crime, paradisiacal beaches and some entanglement among its protagonists.
