Bucharest: Iconic motoring show Fifth Gear is back in Romania with two brand new series to debut on HISTORY®.
The launch comes with an exclusive multi-media partnership with Efix, Rompetrol’s most advanced range of fuel. The sponsorship deal comprises full programming integration, including product placement, sponsorship billboards and a co-branded competition. It was secured by the sponsorship sales team at A+E Networks UK, in partnership with Cable Direct.
The new series on HISTORY will also be supported nationally with a creative on and off air campaign, consisting of TV, radio, digital, cinema and print, which starts on 26 March.

Fifth Gear’s new series premieres on HISTORY in Romania on Thursday 16 April 2015. The second series will broadcast on HISTORY later in the year, with a special episode filmed on location in Romania.

The car expert dream-team of Tiff Needell, Vicki Butler-Henderson and Jonny Smith star in the new Fifth Gear episodes on HISTORY with their driving gloves firmly back on for business. The presenters will race wheel to wheel in high octane track tests, review some of the world’s newest supercars, offer essential consumer advice on the issues that matter to motorists, and witness spectacular crashes conducted in the name of road safety.
